Return Policy

All products come with a 30-day warranty. If you received the wrong item, please get in touch with us via email.

We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return your payment if you do not want a replacement.

For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and contact us, we will replace your purchase after confirmation free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.

REFUNDS: Our replacement policy lasts 30 days from the date your item was received.

If 30 days have passed, you may still be able to get a replacement for a discounted fee.

If you have Buyer's remorse or have decided that you do not want the product due to shipping times/improper use we will be UNABLE to accept any returns or refunds. If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may not have appeared on your credit card statement due to the billing cycle. All refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving returned merchandise depending on your bank, there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.

If you still have not received your refund in 2 weeks, please contact us at our support email.

NOTE: Do NOT call your credit card company for a chargeback as this will result in delays and additional paperwork on your behalf.

We honor all requests for damaged goods, incorrect items, or if you simply do not like the way the product works or like its quality.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and/or shipped. We source the highest quality products that may be shipped from various suppliers in different countries. So it becomes logistically impossible to manage.

If your order has yet to ship and we are able to stop it, we will be able to cancel your order.

Registration Terms

If you provide a wrong delivery address, you shall bear 99% of the liability. If you have used the wrong address for any order, please contact us as soon as you realize it, but it’s impossible to apply the corrected address to the order if it is already shipped. 

Refund arrival time

Please understand that international transactions may take longer than usual to process. Depending on the method of payment, the arrival time may vary.

Tems Damaged in Transit

If an item is found visibly damaged on receipt, we kindly ask you to support us by accepting the parcel and contacting us within 7 working days, as well as providing us with the evidence as following:

1. Photos of the front and back sides of the packaging box;

2. A photo, video or screenshot of the defective item;

3. A photo, video or screenshot of the defective item or the defective part of the parcel.

Our sales manager will communicate with you for further information.

Cases where a refund is allowed

Your complaint will be analyzed within a maximum of 7 business days. We will contact you via email if the product defect is confirmed.

You will then have the following options:

- Receive a refund of the amount paid.

- Receive a new product identical to the one ordered.

- Receive a product of similar value.

- Receive a coupon with the value of the product to use on future purchases.

The item received is wrong. Provided that it is not used, please follow the warranty process and contact our After-sale Service Center and return the item within 7 days from receipt of the order; it’s free of damage or defect. (All parts are required to be sent back.)
